eDIKEPSY (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a mobile and web application designed to support educators, therapists, and families with an educational framework for children on the autism spectrum. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data safely and responsibly.
We collect the minimum data required to offer our services:
Our apps are used by adults (centers, therapists, educators, guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any child-related records are created and managed by authorized adult users. Centers are responsible for ensuring lawful basis and consent where required.
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (service security and improvement), and consent where explicitly required for optional features.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted processors (such as cloud hosting, authentication, and analytics providers) strictly to operate the service. These providers are bound by data protection agreements and only process data on our instructions.
Data may be processed and stored in data centers located in the EU and/or other regions depending on our infrastructure providers. We use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service. Centers may request deletion of student-related data at any time. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and auditing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our protections.
The app is intended to be operated by adults for the benefit of children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
